University Boards and Organisation

The central bodies of the THI are the University Council, the Senate, the University Management and the Extended University Management. They form the steering and supervisory body of the entire institution.

The Research Centre is responsible for coordinating research at the THI. In addition to CARISSMA, the IIMO and InES institutes and the Transfar activities are also located here.

In the area of teaching, the THI is divided into five faculties: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and Management, and Business School. The Academic Continuing Education is located at the Campus for Lifelong Learning.
