Equipment description

The thermal cycling oven (ESPEC: TSA-72EL) can be used to perform many different types of accelerated aging tests. By exchanging hot air and cold air from two separate chambers, very short heating or cooling times are achieved. The typical aging test in the automotive sector uses temperatures of -40°C/125°C, each with a holding time of 30 minutes.

  • Tmax = 200 °C
  • Tmin = -65°C
  • Temperature change < 5 min
