Faculties of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt

THI is constantly expanding its range of subjects in the fields of technology and business! At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology as well as at the Faculty of Computer Science, the portfolio covers electromobility, autonomous driving, microcomputer applications in aeronautics and vehicle informatics, but also increasingly goes into the development of biotechnological or human-machine interfaces. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering serves the classical engineering fields in aeronautics and automotive engineering, but is also strong in renewable energies. Internationally networked, the Faculty of Engineering and Management positions itself with German- and English-language courses in Industry 4.0 and Technical Design - operational processes, management skills and technical understanding make for a forward-looking mix. At the THI Business School, economics degree programs are located in the areas of entrepreneurship, management and international trade. The still new subject complex of life sciences is also illuminated from the direction of health management. In the winter semester of 2021/22, Campus Neuburg, where sustainable infrastructure is taught on an inner-city site that will be developed in the coming years by redeveloping a historic barracks site, opened its doors to students.
